Interlibrary subscription

Interlibrary subscription is a service that allows you to order electronic copies of documents and printed publications from other libraries of the country: articles from journals, abstracts, and other publications.

You can place an order by e-mail, or in person. An electronic copy of the document will be sent to your email within 1-3 business days. Printed publications on the IBA are issued only to the reading room at the address pr. Lenin, 107.

In the application, you must specify the title, authors, year of publication of the document, for articles additionally – the name and number of the journal.

Cost:

– search for the publication – 50 rubles.

– urgent search (1 working day) – 100 rubles.

– scanning – 10 rubles/page (or at the prices of the library holder)

– delivery of printed publications from other libraries – individually

Annual maintenance contract – 300 rubles.
